Ana Luísa Respício, LASIGE integrated member, was one of the invited speakers to the C-DAYS MADEIRA Conference, at the panel “Privacy and Justice”, held in Câmara de Lobos, on March 9, 2022.
C-DAYS MADEIRA seeks to bring together guests from various areas, creating space for discussion and reflection on prevention and ways to mitigate the risks of cybersecurity, with a view to increasing the level of cybersecurity in the national ecosystem.
It is promoted by the National Centre for Cybersecurity (CNCS), as a public entity with a central role in the promotion of a national cybersecurity culture, believes that an open and inclusive discussion around these issues is of utmost importance, as well as the active participation of all those who intervene in its various domains.
In this edition the theme was “Investing in Prevention” concerning cyber attacks that have been growing in number and sophistication, affecting all sectors of economic activity and public administration. Prevention is the best way to mitigate the risks and impacts arising from incidents in cyberspace.
