Pedro Ferreira, LASIGE integrated member, and Guilherme Graça (DEGGE), both SATO‘s project team leaders, are representing the project at the Sustainable Places Conference 2022 (SP2022), taking place in Nice (France), between the 6th and 9th of September.

The researchers will be participating in the workshop on “Innovations for upgrading the smartness of buildings”.

This workshop will first propose a status update on the testing and implementation of the Smart Readiness Indicator (SRI) indicator across Europe, with an outline of the supporting framework and activities provided by the SmartBuilt4EU project. Following this, several EU-supported Innovation projects will pitch the value proposition of their expected smart building innovations and associated impacts, these include Auto-DAN, Smart2B, COLLECTiEF, PRELUDE, SATO, PHOENIX, iBECOME, domOs.

Finally, all participants were invited to reflect and provide feedback on the roadmap and Smart Building R&I priorities developed by the SmartBuilt4EU project in a joint collective and interactive session.
