2nd WideHealth Newsletter is available

Date: 02/08/2022

The EU-funded WideHealth project conducts research on pervasive eHealth and is set to establish a sustainable network of research and dissemination across Europe. The overarching goal of the project is to enable a new generation of researchers in the less developed (Widening) countries in the consortium to develop and adapt novel eHealth technologies exploitable in the long run in their different healthcare contexts. LASIGE experience in pervasive health allows the unit to have a hybrid role in this project, both receiving (as a R&D unit of a Widening country) and providing expertise.

The project’s second newsletter is available on the project’s website. The newsletter shares information about upcoming events (co)organized by the project. Currently, the consortium is organising the Pervasive Health and Smart Sensing conference at the Information Society 2022. The call for papers is open until August 28.

In addition, the newsletter presents links to recordings of past WideHealth seminars, as well as links to the project’s research outputs. Information on upcoming calls for papers and EU HORIZON projects related to pervasive health is also available.
